Over 150 Properties Throughout the United States

Our diverse real estate holdings encompass more than 150 properties throughout the United States and are comprised of department stores, shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and miscellaneous other properties. Most properties are leased to single tenants under long-term leases.

Growing Hotel Portfolio

The Company's hotel properties are comprised of almost 900 rooms, over 42,000 square feet of meeting space, and a 152,000 square foot convention center available from its four full and limited-service hotels located in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, and New York State. The full-service hotels operate under DoubleTree by Hilton and Radisson franchise agreements, while the limited-service hotel operates as an independent.

Engineered Products Serve Diverse Worldwide Customer Base

Our engineered products segment produces high-quality engineered products utilizing knitted wire for sealing and filtering applications under extremes of temperature, vibration, pressure and corrosion, as well as a wide variety of custom designed transformer products over a broad voltage range. These products serve a diverse worldwide customer base, for both commercial and industrial applications, including the automotive, airbag, aerospace, electronic, process and chemical industries.
